I've been thinking about getting a bike. I haven't had a car for 3 years and I don't plan on getting one any time soon - it's totally unnecessary for me. Melbourne is the perfect place to ride a bike to work/shops/gym as it's so flat. I just don't know if I'd skip a convenient tram ride for a bike and if I could look as glamourous as these ladies whilst cycling...
Hi - agree it would be a great way to travel - I go everywhere in the car as we live out in the sticks. I discount heels like the final picture when I am just driving my car! Let alone getting on a bike. Good for her!! That is some dedication to fashion. LB x
ReplyDeletei think you should defo get a bike!
ReplyDeleteI have a bike.
I love it.
I find its more convenient than trams because you leave whenever you want and you dont have to walk to and from tram stops.
you dont have to worry about ticket inspectors or car parks etc.
its great!
just get a good quality lock.
I remember seeing a picture of Elle McPherson on a bike once, looking utterly gorgeous. This does not happen to us mere mortals!
ReplyDeleteWell.... I think you would look just as glamorous as your photographed bicycle riders (I do know for a true fact that you have amazingly long, long legs for a start!!) but would you use it as much as you think you would (in rain, wind etc.??) Perhaps could you borrow one, or trial one to start with to see how you get on?x
ReplyDeleteGreat pics. I really want a bike. One with a little basket
